What is AquaPaddle?

AquaPaddle, the free, volunteer-led 5km paddle event held regularly at locations across the UK.

Think of it like a social paddling challenge, not a race. You paddle at your own pace, we track your time, and you enjoy being on the water with other paddlers.

Everyone is welcome, from novice paddlers wanting to stretch themselves to experienced water sports enthusiasts.

Events usually take place on Sunday mornings, creating a relaxed and social start to the day.

AquaPaddle – BlueSpace

This is the heart of what we do

We run BlueSpace or blue therapy sessions for those who need them for mental or physical health reasons. We have built a network of Delivery Partners from the paddling community, across the country, to provide these sessions to their local communities. All these activities takes volunteers time and money. We need to raise money to help those in need.
