A great location for a paddle with the start and finish under the shadow of the iconic 'City Ground, home of Nottingham Forest Football Club. Nice wide river with sweeping bends. Great viewing possibilities for spectators and easy to follow by bike or on foot. As always, there will be rescue support on the water, following the group. So come and join us in (hopefully) nice warm conditions Keep checking in on this page to update on the conditions closer to the date. Park sensibly, without blocking boathouses or entrances. Many of our early-morning paddlers will not yet have finished their time on the water by 10am so please allow for some congestion on the road and bank-top areas.

Your donations keep AquaPaddle afloat and safe. Contributions directly fund essential equipment, such as defibrillators, their renewable pads, first aid kits that go out of date and walkie-talkies. Additionally, the safety software that is used to manage every event. While our team is almost entirely voluntary, we prioritise professional IT services to ensure your data and our site remain secure.
Once these core operational costs are covered, all surplus funds go toward our mental and physical health activities.
