Paddle in the Past

Paddling at the stunning Park in the Past lake offers a scenic and enjoyable experience. The lake spans approximately 35 acres, with some sections reaching depths of up to 30 meters.

This location is suitable for paddlers with disabilities, provided prior arrangements are made with the team to ensure accessibility and support to enter the site and get on the water. (there aer no pontoons or ramps waterside ) As a clean water site, it offers a safe and high-quality paddling environment.

The paddle course covers a designated section of the lake and follows a multi-lap format.

Parking

Multiple spaces in the Park in the past private car parking. No Height restrictions. £2 per car parking charge.

Refreshments

Coffee shop/cafe on site selling hot beverages and food.

Facilities

Toilets
Board drop off and collection. £2 per board. It is a walk to the lake from the carpark so we advise you take advantage of this service.
If you wish to stay and paddle after the event please pay at the kiosk on arrival to the park and collect your wrist band. Approx £9.
Spectators to pay on arrival.
