About
Nestled in the rolling countryside of North Yorkshire, AquaPaddle Richmond is a brand new paddleboarding location on the outskirts of the village of Catterick, just a short drive from the historic town of Richmond. On the banks and shallows, you’ll find reedbeds and rushes. In spring and summer, wildflowers such as marsh stitchwort and bird’s-eye primrose appear in wetter margins. Dragonflies and damselflies dance over the surface, while fish and amphibians — including frogs, majestic common carp and many other fish can be seen in the crystal clear water.
